WHAT HAPPENED?

In April 2026, Apple suspended our developer account. All Athena Software apps were removed from the App Store, and new downloads and updates are not possible while the suspension stands. Existing installs may keep working, but we can't ship fixes or updates. We are looking into options for resolving this.

Will my installed app keep working?

Existing installs continue to work for now. Because we can't ship updates, the apps may eventually stop working on future versions of iOS.

What about my data?

Your data is stored only on your device — nothing is synced to our servers. It stays available as long as the app is installed and working. Simple Time can export its data, so exporting now is a good precaution.

I pay for Simple Time. How do I get a refund?

Simple Time's subscriptions are billed through Apple's StoreKit, so Apple handles all purchases and refunds directly. To request one, open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your Simple Time subscription, and submit a refund request. We can't process refunds ourselves — because Apple handles the purchase, refund requests need to go to Apple.

Will the apps come back?

We're still trying to resolve this with Apple, but we don't have a timeline and can't make promises. We'll update this page if anything changes.
